I received a call from 6502972398 saying that wanted to speak to me about a job I supposedly applied for on a job board and wanted me to call 4044580016.  Very strange don't you think?

I just got the same text.

i got a text msg on my phone asking me to call 404-458-0016 about a job i had applied for and the text came from a different phone number650-297-2398

I just got that same text msg today but came from the same number as what they told me to call. has anyone called to see what co. it is or have you actually applied for a job recently on a jobsite?

Got a text today.  Sounds like a scam to get around the do not call list and my name is not Martin.

Hi Martin! We'd like to speak with you about the position you applied for on our job board. Call 4044580016. Text STOP to cancel.

I called the number and a voicemail came on saying this was from career advisor and work hours M-F 9-9 about  a job I applied for on Employboard. Which I actually did apply for position on this site. The specialist will be confirming what I submitted is correct, no personal or financial information will be asked or discussed.. I have to call back Monday. So far as I can tell it's not a scam.

Called me three days straight. Called them back today, computer based question and answers about my resume I posted at an on-line job post.

I received the same msg, w/ a diff send from # as well. Question I had was, why don't they just call us directly if they obviously have out numbers and "speak to us about the position" we applied for?

Got a txt to call 404-458-0016 about a job if its a scam thats messed up to mess with people looking for a real job

I called it it sounds like somebody has recorded themselves to make it sound legit and then if you said they're not say anything it keeps talking So I hung up

Got a message from 404-458-0016 wanting to talk to me about a job that they said I applied for. I live in North Carolina and would not apply for a job in Georgia.

I received a text from  404-586-4688 to call 404-458-0016. The recording said it was for a career adviser. When I did not answer in a positive to the questions asked for example, How are you doing today? Not Bad. Then they posed another question which would have gotten a yes response. I asked what this was regarding, instead of answer the question, and they hung up. I agree with V; It is messed up to pray on honest people looking for work!

I am still not sure what this is, I called and was on hold for 27 minutes, not sure why I waited so long before I hung up but either way it was ridiculous!

Who would even reply to any text that comes to their phone after being sent 3 or more times?
In a competitive job market, a real career advisor would not continue with the same applicant.
