Called me, I answered, saying hello several times before a robotic female voice chimed in after a beep, saying goodbye. Creepy.

I received a call from "Chris Ryan" with "Employment Group" stating that I recently filled out an online survey and indicated I was interested in job opportunities. Every time I asked a question, there was a long pause with a canned-sounding answer, which made me suspicious. I asked what survey I filled out, when it was, and how they got my phone number. I got the identical canned answer as when I answered the phone. I let them ask the first question: my first and last name. I didn't answer, repeated my question of who they were and got a long pause and a canned identical answer. I asked "his" name again and after a long pause got an identical "My name is Chris Ryan." Then I asked "him" my name. "They" disconnected the call. If this was a survey I took, they would have my name. I called the number back and received an after hours recording for WN Agency. This is a scam. Do not give your personal info.

I receive the same phone call on 4/11/2013 at 10:12am.

He kept asking questions and I told him I didn't take any survey! He insist on trying to verify information and I told him we own funeral homes and I'm not looking for another job, but I am looking for some customers. I asked if he wanted to give his life to better my business and he ended the call.
It's a scam.
Please don't give this person any info!

I too received a call from this number. I never attended any survey but he says i have attended that's why he called me. This is scam please ignore.

they called me just now. I did not answered, as I never do if the phone number is not in my contacts.

Any anonymous call I get I put them on mute to determine whether or not I can recognize the voice. Call answered by mistake and an Infomercial Guy said hello 3x's hung up. If it's important they'll leave a msg.

I got the same call and a similar experience from above. I have not filled out any surveys, and when I told them that they insisted in asking random personal questions. I answered none of them and they would continue to ask questions... They were definitely phishing! Do not give them any information.

The same goof called me last night with the same story.  What makes this interesting is the call was to an ATT demo cell phone located in Phoenix, AZ but with a 404 area code.  The guy wouldn't give up and I ended up hanging up on him.  

Had a similar thing happen with a Sprint demo a couple years ago.  That one was from the Shawnee County, Kansas, Sheriff's Department.  The officer was really confused when I told him he was calling a 913 area code cell phone in Arizona.  I was in the mountains in the northeast part of the state and the call proved the Sprint service was excellent there.

i didn't pick up because i was sleeping but it only chimmed for a couple seconds before hanging up, glad i didn't pick up now from reading the above.

I too received the call saying the same thing. I never filled up a survey about any job opportunity.

Received a call on my cell from Joseph from 404-465-3473 while I was at work insisting I had filled out an online application for a job and he was simply calling me in response to my application. When I responded I had not filled out any such application, he insisted I did several times, then hung up on me.

"Chris Ryan" just called my 11yo's phone.  Doubt she's interested in "employment".

i received a call from this numebr on my cell phone. I have a trac phone and can't for the life of me figure out how they could get my number.I give it to no one but my immediate family. Of course i did not answer as I don't answer any calls if i don't recognize the number.

Just called me but when i answered, no response. After 6s, they hung up. Weird.

I got the call but it was an automated recording stating I filled out a resume on career builders.com which was done over a year ago and they called saying something about a job it is a scam please do not give any info they are phishing for information.
