Received a call from Ms. Bush stating she is with Law Office of Tri State?  She says I owe a payday loan to Sandpoint Capitol.  I paid it off a year ago.  She says they are filing charges.  Has anyone been sued over a Sandpoint Capitol bill?  How do i get then to stop calling on a bill that has been paid?

Yeah I got a call stating I got a loan back in Sept. back of 2010 really. And that I needed to pay them $1000.00 plus dollars like really.....So this is March of 2012 and I owe this money from almost 2 years ago...They claim it's a cash advance loan......Ain't got no loan don't have no money

I just posted to another website regarding this company as well...Yes I took out a loan and it had been transferred to that company...I hesitated at first because of so many scams. But when I researched the company indeed this is a real company and once i investigated and spoke with my attorney he advised me that you can be charged with theft by deception or theft by conversion which in some states are felony.
