Keep calling me

I RECEIVED A CALL AT MY JOB FROM A MR THOMAS MILLER AND AN ASHLEY WALKER STATING THEY WERE FROM COGGINS AND POWERS.  STATING THAT THE COMPANY THEY REPRESENT WILL BE FILON G FELONY CHARGES AGAINST ME FOR A PAYDAY LOAN THAT I HAD BACK IN 2008. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PAYDAY LOAN.  THEY SAID I COULD SETTLE THIS MATTER FOR 800.00. I ASKED WHAT THE AMOUNT OF THE ORINGINAL LOAN AMOUNT WAS FOR THEY COULDN'T TELL ME.  I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH THEM FOR ABOUT 45 MINUTES ON A COMPANY PHONE.  THEY CAME BACK A FEW MINUTES LATER STATING THAT I COULD MAKE PAYMENTS IN THE AMOUNT OF 200.00 OVER 4 MONTHS. THAT WAS 2 WEEKS AGO. THEY AGAIN CALLED ME ON APRIL 20 SATURDAY TRYING TO GET MY BANK INFORMATION TO COLLECT THE 200..00. AND I RECEIVED A CALL AGAIN TODAY APRIL 23 ON MY CELL PHONE ASKING AGAIN FOR MY BANK INFORMATION TO COLLECT THE PAYMENT OF 200.00. AFTER DOING SOME RESEARCH THIS NUMBER THAT THEY ARE CALLING FROM IS A MOBILE NUMBER.  I HAVE TRIED TO GOOGLE THE COMPANY NAME AND HAVE NOT BEEN VERY SUCCESSFUL FINDING IT, BUT I WILL KEEP TRYING TO REACH THE COMPANY TO VERIFY WITH THE COMPANY ABOUT THIS .

I also got a call from this number.. Gave me a case reference number that they could not even pull up when I called them back.  They stated that I had a check outsanding from ACE check cashing.  Where they got this information or how they got my number is beyond me.  We never got to any bank information part once I told them that I do not owe any money and was not going to pay, they told me to get a lawyer and hung up on me.

They called me today and told me I would be having warrants issued for my arrest by tomorrow if I did not pay a bill. I could prove and did prove to them that the debit was not mine! They insisted that I obtain an attorney and they would be taking felony legal action against me. I asked how can you do that when I can prove this bill is not mine and I could have never of borrowed money from the checking cashing place during this timeframe. Little did they know I have an attorney who is kept on retainer. I called my attorney and he could not believe the phone call I just had with these people. This is a huge scam! They do not have the power to collect via the state to issue warrants. Do not believe anything these people tell you. If they call you report them!
