I got a call from this number. His name is kevin and he is calling grom a law firm. He could not
Tell me what law firm and what the charges abou me was.
He ask me if I understand english. I said to him first of all
You needs to know how to speak english. So he got mad
And said he is sending them to my house on Monday. Ans I
Must not call him again.

this guy has called for months wanting an Ashley Locke, who we do no know but has gotten very abusive and refused to tell the company name, he threatened to call the police and our response was, please do!

The guy called my job and left a message regarding a lawsuit against me.
I have no idea who it is so I did not call back.
He said there were going to arrest me at my home if I did not call back.
This is going on since 2009.
Please stop harassing honest people that are trying to work for a living.

These people have been calling me for months.  They have different phone numbers and tell me I owe money and need to pay.  They won't tell me who or how much.  But today Kevin told me I owed 300.00 and I asked him not to call any more that he was going to get me fired at work and he said he didn't care, he would get me fired!  He would call me every minute.  What can I do to stop these calls?

keep getting calls from this number, dozen times a day, i finally answered and talked with a woman claiming to be jack brown from law firm in atlanta ga by the name of baker and mckenzie, claiming I had a pay day loan that i had not paid back and that charges had filmed against me and the amount was 14,000 i owed, but if i wanted to settle it i coulld pay 550, and wanted my bank card number i hung up, they keep calling

This guy who says his name is Kenneth Foster keeps telling me that I owe money as well.  I can't understand him with his broken English.  He keeps calling me and harrassing me and is very abusive on the phone. He really gets bad when I ask questions or ask him to send me proof via mail. He also told me that the cops would be at my house within 20 minutes. They call from different numbers. He even called me at work.

I've been getting calls from this number. I finally answered. Some guy answered and said this is a law firm. I asked what's the name. He says baker and mckenzie law firm. I asked where is he calling from and he said atlanta,ga. The guy is talking and saying there's a law suit against me for internet fraud. I took a payday loan from cash advance. While the guy is talking this non sense I was online looking up this law firm. Its a big law firm with NO offices in atlanta.

"bill collectors" trying to guilt trip you into paying them money you don't owe-then they keep the money instead of paying the creditors

if they ever call u back tell them u got a hold of the local police n if they call back that u will have the FBI take care of the matter n they will stop calling

i got a call from some foreigner saying i owe money and they are a law firm, i hung up the phone while telling her to stop calling me. And she called me back saying dont hang up but i hear other people in the back saying the same [***] she said

Got a call from this number. Guy has a heavy accent and says his name is Kevin and he is an attorney. Says they need me to confirm last 4 of my SSN and the neame of my attorney because they are coming to arrest me in an hour at my place of business.  Says they have my address, work information, cell #, driver's license # and a suit has been filed against my name and SSN.  Asked for what and he says "were you not notified regarding this matter". Clearly NOT!  I have no idea what he is talking about and he would not tell me until I gave him my SSN.  What on earth?????!!!!! I must admit I am nervous but I have done nothing wrong and it I have a creditor they know how legally reach me.

I been getting the phone calls too same number and people, they said they will come and arrst me at my work place, I admit I'm really nervous and gave them 100. dollars two weeks ago now they want more they have all my information what can I do.......

No need to get nervous when they say they are coming to arrest you. It is a fraud. This guy called me yesterday and left a message on my voicemail and said his name was Alex from David Harrison law firm so I called back today and it was a completely different name with a different Law firm. Baker and McKenzie. They can't arrest you it is a small claims court. I am a legal assistant and deal with this all the time. The thing is when they call ask for the bar number of the attorneys and let them know to go ahead and file suit because you will file a counter suit on a fraudulent suit and will have his attorneys disbarred. They hang up. He hung up on me today. I told him to do what he needed to but I would see him in court. No need to worry. The name he gave me today was Justin White and he got very abusive when I asked what he was suing me for and then I ask he repeat it because I could not understand him. Foreigner. I got the information and I am going to let the attorneys at the law offices know that somebody is out using there names to try to get money that isn't owed.
