    Caller called and has an accent and said his name is Robert Matthew and that her mother owes back taxes and she said that they do not owe any money. Caller adviced to submit voucher and payments were submitted in the amount of $3,000 before realizing this was a scam. Caller was stating that if I did not send payment that the police would com to my home and arrest me.
