Left a message on my piblic work phone with alot of information about me! Not really detailed on what it's in regards to, but deffinetly broke alot of privacy laws!!!!!!.

Did you find out who it was? They called me too & said they were an investigator and wanted my acct information because of fraud on my account. I did have fraud in my acct but wasn't about to give him information. Caller idea said Atlanta Georgia. Why would an investigator be calling me from Atlanta ? I live in Texas. It's got to be a scam.

I received a call yesterday 3/25/13, saying, that I needed to return there call by the end of the day. I always google phone numbers before I call them.

Same number 404 665-3107 never leaves a name or company , I know its a scam don't give them any information.

Same thing - they change phone numbers - said I had a return item from my bank account - don't think so, don't have a checking account. Don't reply.

Received a call with a threatening demeanor about how I need to return call within the hour or I would be arrested and my bond would be over $30,000 and felony charges on three counts would be charged. the man left all kinds of personal info (mine) in the message so when he finally said he was a "fraud investigator" for a law firm I knew he was a scammer. I called the number back to say do not call me again and this man cursed at me and I hung up and he has called me 14 times in 8 minutes!!! How do I stop this?? Can anyone help with ideas..

I have no clue who these jerks are, just received 5 more calls in the last 10 minutes. I have reported the number to FTC, BBB, and my local authorities.

The same company keeps calling me and leaving personal information of mine with my coworkers. I don't owe anyone anything so I told them to come arrest me. They have a nasty attitude, not perfessional at all.

Got a call from this number staying that my check has been returned...I never wrote a check...why are these people calling............I am tired of getting these kind of phone calls, and they left a recording voice mail with a file case and everything.............

Do not listen to these people they will try to scam you. Please check into whatever they say cause they will try to collect a debt from you that is not owed out so be careful!!!!

I just got a call from this number and they said I better call back due to the serious nature of this. Tee hee!! Let me have some fun with these scammers and idiots!! they wont get a dime from me!!

I get these calls every once and a while, same thing, they have received a check back that I wrote and it was very important that I call or my COUNSEL?? very serious matter!!

sometimes the call is from another number so be carefull.  If it was a really problem, don't you think you would get something in writting from the real person that had the issue with you and not a recording say if they don't hear from you that they will come to your home and arrest you, PLEASE!!!  SUCH A SCAM THESE [***] NEED TO BE STOPPED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You are right and these ass.... need to be stopped. They called again last nite and I did not answer. Such scammers!! They wont get a dime out of me!! Jerks!! They prey on hard working folks like us. Think we will fall for it!!

I have received a call from this number for the past month or so. The message states they are a law office and it's in reference to a returned item from my bank, and that I need to contact them by the end of business that day or they will start some proceedings. They tell me to call back and reference a number, which is a personal id number of mine. I have had the same bank for over 6 years, I have no returned items. I am so not calling them back, I placed Do Not Answer on my contacts so I ignore. They should not be allowed to call and harass people.

these people get all of your information from sites when you fill out a online quick cash loan app. They are scammers and nothing more. Hold your ground and don't give them any extra info.

They called me today and I had called them back....some guy answered n said I owed his client 400$...i said okay how come ive never gotten anything in written documentation stating I owe your client that amount of $$$...he said I took out a loan and it got put on one of my cards and I said okay then what did I use the money for...like for what transaction bc I only get a certain amount of $$ put on that specific card...he tells me okay we can take you to court n serve you papers at your job...i told him absolutely....then after I said yes pls take me to Court he hung up on me!!! Lmfao....Dumb Ass....

These people whomever they are keep calling my number about a return item from my bank there are no retunr items from my bank and when I called them back they said they would not stop calling me.  Something has to be done.  They have threatend me with a warrant for my arrest.  I informed them to go ahead with the warrant.  The refuse to give me an address or anything else.
