got a call from this number as well in st Louis area on my cell

Called today 4/19/13. First time i ever had a call from this number. Left no message. 404 is a Georgia area code.

These morons call me all the time with a list such as you have of the numbers...The thing they are trying to collect on me  was settled in 2001. just a few weeks after my car accident... but these morons think they have a live 1... It was a clerical error that created this mess and the accident was not just a fender bender but my insurance picked it up asap....and they (portfolio) can kiss my [***] !  I do not answer their calls after I realize who it is nor do they usually say anything.. What is the point....? IDIOTS

They just called me and I paid off all collections in Feb to start home buying.  Oh boy....here we go.

I received a call from this number saying they were collecting for a debt.  I just got my phone and this number 3 days ago, why are they calling me.  I don't have any debt.

Continuously receive calls from this company, daily & Sundays. Get answering Machine & hang up, leave no msg! THIS NEEDS TO BE PROHIBITED!

This is a scam phone call, trying to get you to pay him money. Do not pay him anything. He doesn't leave a message either.

Portfolio Recovery Systems.  Debt Collection scam.  I never answer them.  They call about every day once or twice.  Eventually they will get tired of calling.  Never receive any mail from them though about a debt.  I am on SS disability so they won't get s**t anyway.  Caller ID, I TRULY AM IN LOVE WITH YOU!!! LOL!

Dumb idiots!  Seriously???   There's nothing better to do than to call people, not say a darn thing and hang up.  I have a listing of the mulitude of numbers they have called from, dates/times, and yet I haven't the slightest clue as to what they want.  I've never had or been in any debt...  ugh!!!!

I added them to my phone book so I could block the call. Let's see what happens next

Try again.  They have been calling my work phone for over a year, if not longer. Now they have just started on my cell. I have never answered and even though the answering machine clearly tells them they have reached an apartment complex they just keep calling.  Sometimes its up to 4 times a day.  Even on Saturday mornings and Sunday evenings. Gimme a break.
