Had a voice message from a Mrs. Aiden Edwards on the machine when I got home this evening stating that she was from the Fraud Recovery Division and referenced the name of a "Person of interest" She then went on to state that I or my attorney should return her call within business today to discuss that matter. The message anded very rudley with a caution to "Govern myself accordingly."

The interesting piece of all this is that the number does not show up in the caller ID list on any of the three phones in the house and there are no callers listed for the time stamped on the message either. I was immediately suspicious by the rude comment at the end of the message to govern myself accordingly, the second thing to make me even more suspicious was the lack of evidence of a call from this person at all on my caller ID, and finally after a Google of the number lead me to 800 Notes site I was fully convinced that this is a SCAM.

Number is out of the Altlanta, Georgia area

i got one also asking for some unknown person, about a returned check.
