404-865-3247 = caller id = Atlanta GA = one of many numbers for a bogus scammer company = portfolio recovery
they only want your personal info to define a script that fits you....avoid at all costs...NOT legitimate company

Get calls from this area and this number is listed as scam/spam with white pages so just avoid it all together.

Portfolio Recovery uses many numbers in the hopes to commit scam/fraud on a person so don't answer any of those calls. We're on the do not call list.
