This is some uneducated person who supposedly represents DTA (whatever that is) and claims to be an "agent" of some sort who yells and screams and talks over me each time I try to get an answer out of her.  Would not answer any questions, not even what "DTA" stands for.  When I asked what this issue is, I was told that I have a "complaint" against me and that "action is being taken" and I should pay my bills, etc.  Very rude and when I asked for paperwork on this "complaint" I was told "that is not what our company do" and when I corrected her English (it should be "what our company does") she got very belligerent and told me that no one can help me, even though I told her that bill was discharged in bankruptcy earlier this year.  Again she told me to pay my bills, was VERY rude and kept talking over me.  I am reporting this number to my state's consumer protection department of our Attorney General's office and the FTC.
