Called today, did not leave message

I was on the other line so I didn't answer but this is the message I got. "Your subscription has been terminated and your number has been erased from our database. Goodbye"  
WTF?
Who/What is this?

These people have called several time lately on my cell. No CID means no answer. Whitepages didn't find anything.

Same. called but left no message. Reverse lookup did no good either

Received a phone call from them but didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer. They didn't leave a message. This makes me think it was probably a telemarkter or some kind of scam.

This is a security system company.  I didn't answer the call because I didn't recognize the #, but I called it back to see who it was.  It tells you that you have won a free gift.  To be removed press 3 and when prompted, enter your phone number.

Keep getting a call from this nunber aroud same time of day for the last week.....NO message is left.

I got a recording calling to notify women if they have had a vaginal mesh implant that they may qualify for compensation. Press 3 to be removed from their calling list.

I just called it back and it was a recording stating that they tried to call and give me a free security system.

This number has called me four times in two hours this morning.  They do not leave a message.  Is there a way to block the number?  So annoyed.
