Called saying a case has been filed in my county for a fraud check from 2003.  Explained I did not live at that address in 03.  Rep said I was not acting like I wanted to voluntarily handle the matter.  It was 465 and now is over 1100!  I asked for a copy of the check or the "case" and she said she did not have to provide it!  Oh did I mention she tried to place blame on my husband that he probably wrote the check and signed my name...  Come on!

"Agent Settler" called asking for someone who does not live at my home or number.  I told her she was mistaken and while I was asking her to not call me again, she start demanding to know if I knew the person in a really accusing manner.  When I again asked her to not call me, she got in my face.  She finally hung up and blocked my number after I told her to not [***] call me again.  The firm also blocks all Gmail numbers for some reason.

I recommend that if she calls you to crowdsource your network using Facebook and have everyone you know call her and swamp her with calls and voicemails.

I received a call from "Agent" Settler telling me it was "imperative" to call before 1 PM.  So when I call back and say I do not know the indiviudal she is calling about she says she'll take me off the list.  I asked twice who she works for and says it's not important.  I did file a complaint on their website telling them it was very misleading to call themselves agents in this day the Patriot Act and other government investigations (you know, real Agents).
