- t| 1 replyacs business office. american collection office valero credit gas card.
- Caller: american collection
- anna replies to tI called this number back after answering and hearing music, followed by "Please hold. Your call is important....." When I called back, I asked what company it was and the lady said "hold on a second, and I'lll get that information for you." A man immediately answered and also refused to give me a company name. I asked to be taken off of their calling list - even though he insisted that I wasn't on it. I have no debt, so it can't be collections - unless they have a wrong number.
- OFFICE MGRReceived a call at our office for one of our employees. Caller blatantly lied when she said it was not a collection call. I called the number back and told them that legally they could not contact at employee at his or her work for a collection issue and that I wanted our numbers removed from their records. I also informed her that the employee lied about the call and I felt that was very poor business strategy. We will see if they called back.

- fliReceived a call from this number...to my cell. Didn't mention what the subject of the call was about...just that it "was very important".... Called back...they said we owed for a bill over two years old...that we don't even know is valid. Its American collection agency...
- Caller: American collection agency.
- Call type: Debt collector
- DFI am divorcing, he kept the house, he can pay the bills, stop calling me!
- Caller: American Collection
- Call type: Debt collector
- Not happy personVery rude and hateful. Asked for someone else and after I Google this number, see that it's a Gas card that we have never had. I think this is a scam. If I called again I will file harassment charges
- Caller: Acs

- Caller: unknown .will not say
- Call type: Debt collector
- GgGot a missed celled.looked it up,after ap on phone said scam..in one place it said it was a collection co..but while looking at the ph number and address..it's not the same..strange these people only have a po box..Yeah just for your money
- AnnoyedCalled them back from a message left on my wife's phone, left for me. The lady refused to tell me who they were and would only say it was ACS, refusing to say what ACS stood for since it would be divulging personal information and violating the law. Not sure how identifying a company that I called into is divulging personal information, but my guess is that this is a collection agency. Don't waste your time calling them back. I have no outstanding debits so they are probably chasing a bogus claim and trying to get paid for doing so.

- Chelsea| 1 replyThese people are debt collectors, unfortunately do have a debt with a hospital, I'm all for paying them off though, even though medical debts don't have effect any part of your borrowing or getting a loan I hate having unpaid debts on my credit. But... When you call me talking shat amd saying things like "what you thought you could just go to the er and then not pay your bills? You still signed a paper saying leaglly legally you are obligated to pay.. So you need to pay now credit or debit?!" Ha I told the guy id rather it be on my credit than pay him a dime and if the company was looking to get paid they should probably have someone else call me as I'd never give him the time of day again. They called back today and I missed it and didn't remember the number so when I called back it went to music and then to a lady. I asked who I was speaking with and she asked who I was, I said I had a missed call from this number and wanted to know what company I was speaking with, she said I answer for several companies so if you give me your name ill tell you, I said no, just an.idea of what type of companies would be enough. I'm dealing with child support issues currently and have a new car and dealing with tax issues and they are all home based in the okc area so I just thought it was one of those so I gave a few examples and she said one moment and handed me off to a man which I find to be odd like they just sit next to one another and harrass people I suppose. Anyway so I asked the guy the same question and he said he wasn't at liberty to say...lol I then started to question what type of company would be scared to answer as to eho they were and he said is this Chelsea? Lol they don't have caller id it was the same man as last time im pretty sure because he started to become crappy with me again I said why should I give you my name when you refuse to tell me who you are? You called me, you want something from me not the other way around, it would make no sense for me to give you any information that you want when I have zero to gain from it, although by you telling me who you are you would actually be doing what you in fact get paid to do... He just said so is this Chelsea? I hung up on the idiot and I'm seriously considering calling them like 100 times a day so they can't do their actual job which is essentially a professional telephone harrasser. Fyi ive dealt with plenty of debt cool and some are extremely nice, I'm never ever rude to somone or hateful for no reason. This business seriously needs to learn the law and something called courtesy and customer service just plain sad and I csjt figure out who'd be stupid enough to fall for their intimidation tactics but don't because I guarantee you at least that man has a serious complex and feels the need to make up for his lack of whatever in other areas.
- Caller: never would say

- Dd| 1 replyI received repeated harassing calls over and over for an alleged bill that was 2 years old (that I had NEVER been billed for before and seriously doubt exists!). The caller was insisting that I give my credit card info over the phone and that if I did so, she would remove it from my credit history. I checked, and it is no where on my credit. I called them back and when they answered, they couldn't tell me who they were, just said they had multiple businesses from that number. I feel they were phishing for credit card information. Be careful.
- Caller: ACS
- AAA replies to DdPlease be VERY careful and do not give this company any more information. It is a national scam that is operating out of fake business numbers and listings, that's why they refuse to tell you their company name since they tell every person they are trying to scam something different. I even went and visited the place their supposed address is (based on googling and thanks to help from a hacker friend!). The place they list as their business listing is actually right down the street from me- it's an abandoned building that used to be what looks like a small church. This is a fake company that is trying to get your personal information for a identity theft scheme. I have been receiving horribly harassing messages from the "main man" behind this- Jeff. He went as far as to tell he would "keep calling and calling and calling" until I paid him. When I finally realized this was a scam and called him out on it- he hung up. I STILL get calls once or twice a month from one of the numerous numbers they call on, either from Jeff or from a man named Bill Walker. THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU. Again, do NOT confirm any information with them, they are NOT a legitimate company- just scammers.
- Mardog replies to ChelseaIt's all about lack of hand size....or thats what one of the president contenders said....lol...I received a call as well and missed the call, something I saw that said it was for Valero gas card which I've never had, so they are not getting a call from me. Thanks for the heads up everyone.
- Ms. Diva| 1 replyThe lady calling from this company left a very rude and nasty message on my voice mail. So guess what I blocked the phone number. Now take that.
- Caller: AC CORP
- DebraThese rude people tried to scam me at home, now they are calling me at work. GO AWAY SCAMMERS!!!
- Caller: JACK RAIDER
- Future PsychologistI received a call from this phone number earlier today. I answered the phone and said "hello" twice with no response. I have two things to say to my "non-speaking caller". The first is that if you don't want to talk to the person you have called, don't call and waste their time. The second is that it seems as if you have issues with communication and should really try to speak to someone about it. lol
- KayI got an "urgent" voicemail from a Mr. Tate from this number, stating I needed to contact him immediately regarding an issue. I called him back, he read off a date of birth and asked me to confirm if it was mine. I told him I was not confirming any information until he told me what the call was for. He refused, and disconnected! FRAUD!
- Caller: ACS
- Shawshank RedemptionThese “people” (aka: subhumans really) are frankly morons!! No, beyond RUDE Morons!! They continually call; attempt to leave a ‘very urgent non-informative’ message. I have done the round & round we go messages & calls. They ONLY want to intimidate and scam your personal info! They give nothing (to bogus crap) re: who they are/what they want. I’ve reached my limit!!! After months & months...pause...then months & months...I’m done with them!!! BLOCK! REDIRECT! BLOCK! Leave a stupid message...I don’t really care. YOU ARE ALL RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, A$$WIPES. Seriously, now you’ve made me curse! The nerve!!
