Call received from 406-203-3902 at 6:56 PM EST. Unknown caller. Left no message. Call must not have been important.

this caller is Nationwide Mortgage wanting to help me lower my interest rate.  Problem is I have not had a home loan since 2009.  Clearly they are phishing.

this number 406-203-3902 has been calling for over  two weeks and never leaves message sometimes calling twice in one day......

I get one or two calls from this number 406-203-3902 a day.. no one is ever on the line.

As all above...I don't answer calls from unk#'s, no message ever left.  I guess they will give up.

FREQUENT caller...I never answer, they never leave a message.  ANNOYING!!

Phone rang. Checked Caller ID. Didn't recognize the number.  Didn't answer.  Done.  No muss.  No fuss. Not much time taken up with nonsense.  
Didn't pick up to let the caller(s) know that it was a viable number. Didn't listen to find out what accent was used or what the purpose of the call was.  Didn't care then.  Don't care now.
Didn't get upset if the DNC was adhered to (I'm on it but scammers, who don't follow the DNC guidelines, will find ways to get around it) or what Obama is going to do about it.
I have a life and instead of getting bent out-of-shape, morally indignant, cursing and slamming the phone down, and making this a big deal (instead of the small irritant that I choose to make it), I move on with my life.  I'm in charge of what takes up my time.
That's just what I do. Simple.  More power for me and for you, if you follow my lead, right?

P.S.  The DNC IS working; otherwise, calls from legitimate charities, political action  
        committees, annual fundraising, and other businesses that ARE following the
        guidelines would be calling, also.

Got a call this morning as I am also on the DNC list.  Nobody spoke for over a minute, as I had the mute on.  When a voice came live, it was some guy selling Veteran Home Loans.  He had my name, as I told him I have a 3.25%.  He said thank you for your time, and that was the end of it.  Had calls from the past on this number.  Same slogan.  Now, please don't call back.

Nationwide Mortgage violating the DNC list, by "cold-calling" people who currently have a VA Mortgage, in an attempt to convince them to refinance that loan through them. Predators!

Told me I was eligible for a lower interest rate on my VA loan, regarding a bill congress passed.  Said they were with "UVR" and "United Veterans" then transferred me to a woman who stated she worked in the Veterans Division for the Federal Savings Bank.  They wanted me to refinance my loan through them.  Only gave them my current interest rate before they started pushing the topic.  Told them I'd call them back when I had more info for them (ya right!).  I think it's a scam, don't buy into it (no pun intended).

MY FIRST QUESTION IS HOW DO THEY KNOW I"M A VET. who sold them my name and phone number? THAT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL. This is a company that i used to recieve 2 or 3 calls a day from. Many calls as late as 9-945pm. I eventually pressed the appropriate number to talk to someone. They say they are  VA mortgage reduction agency. Speaking with the VA this company has NOTHING to do with the VA. This company is misrepresenting itself. But it seems they are smart enough to never give you any information about themselves. THE V.A. WOULD LOVE TO TALK TO THEM. I went to settings on my cell phone, then go to call settings, scroll down until you see call restrictions and click on incoming calls contacts only. This should help. unfortunatly the only downfall would be anyone that isnt in your contact list that tries to call you it will send them directly to your voice mail. I am on the national do not call list, but as explained to me by a responding email from the national do not call website. Many companies have multilple phone numbers. if you are on the National dont call list, this prevents the company from calling you from that specific number. As well they have found that some companies and scams from over seas are get a local number and foward thier phone from over seas to that number, so when you look at your phone caller I.D. it shows a local number.

Getting two or three robo calls daily for months from this number representing a variety of different companies.  Keep reporting to FTC and calls keep coming.  

When answered, we have told these people to stop calling us.  They continue calling.  Very annoying.

Someone with this phone number calls us and calls my sister in law and hangs up when we answer our phones. Has been calling for a couple weeks. Making us very uncomfortable.

This number has been calling for weeks, has started calling now several times a day. Never leaves a message and no one says anything either. Tonight my husband called the number back and a woman answered "Veterans Benefits Services. My husband told her to remove our number from the calling list and had her read it to him without telling her the number, which she did. Hopefully this will put an end to these annoying calls!

This number shows up on my caller ID.  I do not answer the phone when I see this number.  By not answering, their computer tells them it is not a viable number and at some point, will stop calling.
Do not, I repeat, do not answer that call and try to talk to the caller.  You are just verifying your number.  

That is the nicest part of Caller ID.  

Wow, IT is so how amazing that you dont get bent out of shape unless you get" bent out of shape" about people leaving messages on message boards.
