Received call promoting lower electric rates. They don't answer return calls.

Caller id says loveourpets.org

An automated call trying to give away tickets to disneyworld.

Didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. Caller ID displays loveourpets.org. Smells like a scam to me.

These [***] keep calling my cell. No way to call back.

I am supposd to have a blocked number. In a recording, they say the are a charity so they can call. I do not care who or what they claim to be. I have ill and elderly at this number and are not to be disturbed. This must stop, but in the recording they say  to remove your number from their list, leave it after the beep. But, there is no beep. How do you stop or report these people?

Received numerous calls/hangups
Supposed to be from a charity, but it's not. Just a sales pitch for travel programs. They are listed as a charity i.e. .org that's how they get away with their scam.
