This is a scam! I Just a call from this number. Recording message female voice stating that they are calling from processing and summons division to notify of 2 charges that will be filed in my county due to some fraudulent activity attached to my name and social security number, they are calling to make me aware of my right to address the charges before I get served at my home address or place of employment they asked to call 406 272 1479 (land line from billings, MT) and talk to someone in their legal department. When I called back some woman answer as "information center" there was a lot of noise in the background, people laughing like in a call center. Obviously a scam! Even if it is a real debt collection who calls without properly identifying their company and who calls to warn about charges to be  filed without sending anything in the mail?... what are they expecting a payment over the phone?!! ... HA!!

When I called the first day no one picked up and the second day the line was no longer valid. WHAT THE [***]! This is such a scam!

Big time scam!! Do not reply to these people.

I got a call yesterday and it was around 5:30 PST and it was also a recording and it didn't even sound like my first name that the recording was saying. I called it back and no answering machine! just rang and rang then a message came on saying that the extension I was trying to reach was incorrect to try again. So I called this morning and the say something really quick that all I understood was do you have a case number? and then was placed on hold. Wonder if people can sue this callers cuz im pregnant and don't need stress like this that just really freaked me out when I know I have been doing my best to clear things up.

Caller called on Thurs Dec 12 at 3:17pm, saying the same thing as the other people on here are stating. THE EXACT SAME MESSAGE. Giving me a case #. Who can this be reported to?

I received the same phone call just now wanting me to call back with my address and my job address so they can serve me! REALLY?!?! Don't fall for the scam folks! They tried me 2 years ago. Thanks God for Google so I could look their butts up!

These people just called me!!!!!  The message was this is our 3rd and final attempt to call you good luck in court!!! Who says something like that! I called them back saying my lawyer would like to get in touch with them they hung the phone up.

I got exactly the same kind of call!  I have NEVER received a call from these people before.  I called back but no answer just a recording saying it was not a valid extension.

I received the same phone call with the same issue. I'm glad I researched here and see a lot of people are receiving the same calls . Thanks for the info.
