Robo call from "the Government" offerinig grant money.  I'm so sure.

Robo call from "Rachel" from phone number 406-426-3277. Phone IDs shows "Montana". Rachel states this is my final notice for my chance to lower my interst rates. Unfortunately I've been getting these calls at least twice for the last year plus. FTC & FCC reporting have produced no results.

Caller ID for this number read Montana.  After I said hello a woman's voice said "you called card reader  services and".... I interrupted saying that I had not called and not to call my number again, she continued to talk and was still talking as I hung up.

They called and lef a message, I only got the tail end, but it was my final notice on refinancing. WHta they did not indicate

these phone calls come almost any time of the day or evening.  never identify who they are.  always recorded - no live person.  have reported it to the ftc - but that doesn't do anything.  this is frustrating!

ID says "Sales Department" For ref. I did not try to refinance or get better interest rates and got rid of my credit cards years ago.
