This 406-715-0000 is truly a Scam, when I  waited for the automative service to finish to speak to a live person. The line was picked up, a man answered  and asked who are you? He gave Contact Communications, I asked again who are you?  The man proceed to say that we are credit services of Visa, Mastercard and Chase for Bank of America(I knew he was lying) and proceeded to tell me we can lower your interest rate, you owe 3,000.00.  As soon as I said, "NO" he hung up the phone.

Bank of America needs to know that these scam artist are using their name! These folks have called more than once  in a day and wk. Shut Them Down Immediately and DO NOT, DO NOT, GIVE THEM YOUR INFO. REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU HAVE VISA, MASTERCARD, CHASE  Report them to your Better Buisness Bureau, ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE IN YOUR STATE and Bank of America.

Remained on phone till the recoding of "Press 2 to discontinue further call"  I did and still got some damn foreiner on the line.  Asked why it still tranfered to him.  Could not understand a word he said.  Why can we not call these numbers back and harass them as they do us.  We should be able to call someone and have the person callings number disconected on the spot.

we have children answering this phone.  We have instructed them not to pick up when we're not here.  However, one did pick up today and pressed "1."  Then there was a dead line ~ This could have been anyone.  Pedophiles, fake bank card scammers -- anyone.  They hung up by the time I got to the phone -- a very dangerous feeling for us.

THIS MUST STOP!  Our babies are not safe unless someone stops these calls.

We are concerned and if there is any way to report this scamming call, it is therefore reported!  The words my grandson understood had to do with lowering a credit card rate.  We do not own credit cards.

The four zeroes at the end are a dead giveaway for a tossaway phone that can't be traced and a caller who is up to no good.  This must stop immediately.

This is ridiculous!  I was in the middle of a very important (serious) business call, when there was a constant interruption from the number (406) 715-0000.  Not only did the call continuously "beep" in - which you all know, cuts off what you are hearing from the party you are talking to on the phone at the time, but they kept calling and doing it over and over - several times!  Finally, I asked my business partner to hold on, while I took the call.  It was a "telemarketer"!  Not only that, but it was a "recorded message".  It stated that all my credit cards are in excellent condition, but that I needed to call them back to lower my interest rate "Immediately"!  I redialed the number and it says the following:  "We're sorry, your call cannot be completed as dialed or the number you have reached has been disconnected. Please check the number and dial again".  It repeated the message "twice" then disconnected.  I don't understand why this is happening.  Obviously, it was not a business call.  They never gave me a number to call them back, so I called the number that came in on the CALLER ID!  I am on an "UPDATED" (updated on a regular basis) National Do Not Call Registry!!!!  I keep reporting it to them, and they do NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!  What can be done about this abusive treatment from telemarketers?  They are disrupting my own business, which, by the way, is not a telemarketing position.

I agree with you 100%!!!  It is unbelievable that telemarketers can get numbers, which most of the time, have a "no response" dial back!  It happens to me on a regular, daily basis!  It needs to stop!  I am trying to run my own business, which is not calling people on the phone, but I do use my phone for business purposes - my business partners!  It is frustrating.  I am on the National Do Not Call List Registry!  They CLAIM that they will stop the perpetrators, and that those who harass will be heavily fined!  Well, I've been reporting some of the SAME numbers on a daily basis, and those people still call (over and over, day after day), almost like they are laughing in my face!  It is telemarketers!  I used to have a whistle that I would blow in their ears, but now they have recordings and autodialing....so, that is not even a deterrant any longer!  >: (

I have gotten these same calls from different numbers. I've pressed the number to get myself taken off their list, and I've talked to a live person. Nothing deters them. You would think it would occur to them that they're not going to sell anything to anybody that they've irritated as much as they've irritated me (and others like me). The National Do Not Call Registry seems to be a National Joke.

I received a call June 18, 2011 from this number.   The call started with "they are not calling because there is something wrong with your card.  They can lower your interest rate to 6.99 percent for any person who have Visa or Mastercard that have been currentl for the last six months or more."  Press 1 if you want more information.  When I pressed 1 a man answered and called me by name.  He proceeded to tell me what he could do for me.  He stated that he was working to lower interest rates for VISA and MasterCard.  He said he was representing Chase, Citi, and others which I don't have.  He said he knew I had a credit card over $3500.  I asked him which one.  He could not specifically tell me.  He said he had the information and all he wanted from me was the expiration date so that he could apply the new terms to the contract.  I told him.  I would call back to the number and if it is legitimate, I would do business then and hung up.  When I did call the number back all I would get is a fast busy signal.

Currently I am on the "do not call list" however, at 8:59 AM I received a call from this number 406.715.0000.  I did not answer as I did not recognize, then went on like to see who the call was, and I read it's a telemarketer.

406-715-0000 identified as "Credit Services" has been calling on and off for months.  Today they have called countless times...sometimes calling back almost as fast as I can hang up the phone.  When I answer, there is usually a loud noise followed by silence.  Sometimes there is no sound at all.  I  am not sure what the point is.  No one has spoken to me yet, so it's not like they're trying to get information or sell something to me.  It seems to be more of a way to harass and/or determine whether or not I am at home.  This is EXTREMELY frustrating.  So how can they have so much time and money to spend on calls that serve no purpose?

Have received at least 20 calls in the last two days from this number, all calls coming after 4:00 PM CST. It shows up as credit services on the caller ID but usually sounds like a fax machine when I answer. I have yet to reach a human on the other line and am completely fed up. I don't have long distance on my home phone, so there is no free way to block them from calling me. This is becoming a major issue.
