dunno but i got a call on 2/2/11 on what used to be my husband's line. since he died i use it as my FAX line. no ans mach hooked up & it rang a long time. looked for it in whitepages.com & it's a cell ph in Colstrip, MT. means nothing to me.

I also got a call this morning Feb 5,2011 @ 9.40am The phone rang for a very long time but since I did not recognize the # I did not pick it up. Dunno who this is.

Received a call at 10:26 AM., Feb. 8, 2011.  This is a telemarketing scheme stating they are with a credit service company that has a lower credit card rate.  You should call them as it is expiring.

Bogus!  I am on the Do not call list and this company should be fined!

Monday 2/7/11 - 0951 Hrs EST.  RE:  Decreasing Interest rate on existing credit card..Pressing #2 did not terminate the message.  We hung up

Got a call from them just now.   It was a bogus line about lowering YOUR credit card interest rate.  I hit 1 to talk to them and ask which account of mine were they lowering the interest rate for?  They immediately hung up on me.

Got a call from 406-720-2099 from "Credit Services", with a pre-recorded message offering lowered interest rates on credit cards.  I pressed '2' to be  put on their do not call list (which I have done many, many times in the past).  I then reported the number to the FTC Do Not Call Registry (which my number is listed on) and the FCC.  It seems this will never stop.

It is a scam. They are "credit services". I pressed 1 because I suspected it immediately and wanted to report them to the FBI! They want to know if you owe more than $3500 at more than 10% and if you do, "WHAT IS THE CARD NUMBER?!" That's when I hung up and reported them to https://tips.fbi.gov/.

I got this call and answered it, but after the lady hung up on me I called it back and it was someone's phone number not the company that called me

you should never send a NOT INTERESTED call or e-mail.  The reason?  Because you are notifying the company that the phoneline or e-mail is ACTIVE .... and they will CONTINUE to call/write.

Just ignore the calls/e-mails  and/or  go to your SERVICE PROVIDER and BLOCK the caller!

Same here, it said "Unknown name". Did not say what credit card could get a lower rate. I don't care, we do not owe anything I pay my bills on the end of the month. Just getting tired of running myself dizzy answering phones for people like that.

Did not answer. Since the area code was out of state, I thought the call might be another scam. No message was left.

I ignored this call this AM and caller ID reads Credit Services, no name.  And it can't be found online.  It have no credit problems nor any outstanding balances anywhere, so I feel this is some kind of a gimmick, or a scam, or a come-on, none of which interest me.

I had received a call from this number, (406) 720-2099, yesterday, January 25th, 2012. Upon calling them back today, January 26th, 2012 from my cell phone and blocking my caller id by using *67, I got an automated message stating "if you wish to be removed from our call list..."

I promptly went to www.donotcall.gov and verified when I signed up for the service. I was signed up on the donotcall.gov's website from its inception and last updated my number/membership on August 26, 2010. So I know, there is no way I should be receiving phone calls about lowering my interest rate on credit cards.

I immediately filed out the complaint form on the donotcall.gov website and submitted the complaint.

called today at 3:25 said they are heather account services want to give a 6.9% rate oncredit cards..recorded message..i hung up.i am also on the do not call list

Got a call from this number today around 4:00, i didn't answer because I didn't recognize it...now I'm glad I didn't.

I did not answer. I see they have been doing this for over a year and even those that reported them to the FBI did not stop them. What good is our FBI?
