they called and tried to inform me that my computer had a virus on it. at 1st i was like ok, then the person on the other end stated that he needed some ID number from my computer, and i said ok. but his steps took me to my DOS CMD and he wasnted me to type in assoc. when i question the reason for this he stated that i had a virus on my motherboard. now i know that virus and malware are on the hard drive. when i asked the rep what that command would bring up, he kept telling me to hit enter. i told him thank you for letting me know that i had a virus and i would have my husband delete adn reformat the harddrive. the rep stated that he was here to walk me through that all i needed to do was hit enter, i had to hang up

This number has called my home phone unendingly all day today.  After hearing the hangup every few minutes, I did try to answer and calling party identified herself as Rachel.  She kept saying something aobut my computer sending numerous error reports regarding Microsoft.  I do not understand the problem.  These persistent rings are annoying.
