This call is from BCR collection agency collecting for T Moble and Att wirless

These [***] keep calling me even though I am not the correct person to call, and I have told them that.  In fact, they have my phone number but the incorrect name.  Why do they keep calling?

I kept getting daily calls from this number asking for my ex-husband, who NEVER lived at this number and has not even lived in Florida for more than 15 years.  No matter what I said, they just called back again, and of course would never say why, just "personal business".  So I still don't know if it was soliciting or collection or what.

Anyway, finally got smart.  I know in a phone room the reps usually are not authorized to remove any names from their lists - so I called the number back and got in to a recorded system for "DCR", then got to a very nice lady named Jean who listened, apologized, explained it was an auto-dial system where names had to be manually deleted, and then did so while I was on the line.

Very nice.  End of calls.
