    Scott was a low class employee that we didnt want on our phones.  We make customer satisfaction calls and we respect the privacy of the people we call.  If you do not want to receive calls from us.  Just pick up the phone and tell the caller.  They can mark you as DO NOT CALL and you will never be called again.

    received calls from Bridgett Miller and Samantha (1/2/2015 and 5/1/2015).  Samantha was very unprofessional and actually called our GM and President of the company by their first name!  We are not interested in receiving phone calls from CMS and I have called their number and requested them to stop calling.

    Last comment was not made by CMS or myself.  I handle situation differently than bashing someone for their opinion.  The call was placed bu our sales department to a dealership prospect.  I apologize for any unprofessional behavior.  I run my business differently than a "normal" call center.  I treat my employees like family and with respect and I expect them to do the same when they call are on our phone representing my company..
