Got a call from this n number from a dude who told me that i was flirting with his girlfriend who I've never saw nor met. I was like "hey man, I don't even know what state your from how could I be flirting with your girl". Then he acted like I lied! And Called me BACK!!! I was like get over it you freak, I am not that type of guy.

I received a call from this same number and they were telling me that I qualified for $25.00 gas credit card.  I told them I wasn't interested and he started talking really fast and loud about all things I'm loosing by not accepting their offer.  I hung up!

I got a call from this number saying they were from Wells Fargo and pushed hard to make me give credit/banko info to make a payment right then.

What is so supsicious about this number is that I had just spoken with my loan officer earlier in the week, and these people seemed to know a lot about my account, but the aggressiveness was over the top and not consistent with the other people with Wells Fargo I had dealt with before.

I would not trust anyone calling from this number.

I ignore the number but they leave messages on my machine saying that they are trying to contact us about a Wells Fargo car loan. We have never financed/refinanced a car through them.

got a call from this number. claim they are from wells fargo car loan. apparently my in-laws used my name as a reference and they were trying to get a hold of them. they asked me to relay the message to them (my in-laws).

i have no idea who this is that keeps calling (407-444-1400). my phone is always off when whoever it is calls or the volume is off and it's bugging me because i can't figure out who it is.

They called and didn't leave a message. I don't bank with Wells Fargo or any business named Wells Fargo. Maybe it's a scam!

A couple years ago a computer glitch removed $4,000 from my Wells Fargo account..they would not admit the error, or, put the money back.  I sued and prevailed with no admission of guilt from Wells Fargo.  Last year I had a slight stroke and was in the hospital for two days.  When I got home Wells Fargo had started calling my phone 6 to 8 times daily because I had not been able to get to the bank and deposit car payment money.  I called them and explained I will mail in the 2 day late payment when I am able to get to the bank and to please stop calling because the calls cause me extra stress I did not need at that time.  The calls did not stop.  I had the number disconnected and changed to a private number.  Wells Fargo than got my Fax number and started calling it 6 to 8 times daily.  This phone does not ring, it just automatically goes into Fax mode.  I made my payment that was late, and was asked to provide a number they can call me on..I told them no freakin way, "you didn't care about my situation, so now, I don't care about YOU". So now I am getting the 6 to 8 calls a day on my fax number for a reason I do not know why..my payment is not behind..and I only have 5 more months and I will be free of them.  DO NOT finance your car with these people, they will hound you to death..so Wells...my Fax sound will all you ever hear from me until we are done..FOREVER....

I agree, I have a car loan with Wells Fargo.  I lost my job 2 years ago and got real far behind.  They call about 8 times a day and it is ridiculous.  I am still behind, but I make my regular payment each month plus late fees and little extra.  I have spoken with them and they will not give me a reasonable solution to catching up the back payments.   I got to the point of cursing them out on the phone and they stopped calling for about 2 weeks.  They still call 4 to 8 times a day, 7 days a week.

I will never get a loan with Wells Fargo again or any of the banks they buy loans from.  This means Wachovia as well.

I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE AS A FINANCE COMPANY!!  I have gotten behing in just one one payment and they still call every month about it.  When I inquire what they can do to help-defer this payment or whaterver-the continue to say NO and even after setting up payment arrangements with them they still continur to HARRASS me!!  I have all their numbers I can have blocked from my phone and somehow they still have other number to call me from!!  Agree with your comments 100%!!

This is Wells Fargo Auto Fiance..I have the 800# blocked from my phone somehow they manage to have a local number they used try to get me to answer them. Calls from this number 10 times a day every hour on the hour. Blocked this number too seems to have stopped for the most part till they find another number they can use to reach people. I always paid this car loan on time for 3 years since lost my job on unemployment harass me to no end. Repo the dam car I don't care anymore.

I am considering finding a lawyer and get them for harrassment but they would just change to a different number.  Looks like they operate like loan sharks.  I would not deal with Wells Fargo because whether you pay on time or not - does not matter to them.

Yes, this is Wells Fargo. If we are 1 day late on our payment we can expect a call. I was laid off from my job of 11 years 3 weeks ago. I spoke to a rep at WF last Tuesday, explained the situation to her, she "made notes" and said they would follow up in 2 weeks. Not so, they called me again 5 days later which was a Sunday and also on Labor Day. I know I owe them money but we have never been late on a payment in almost 3 years....wow.

I called them back and they were just calling to tell me i had a $53 balance on my monthly statement. No fraud I dont think, she stopped the calls for 14 days immediately and just asked that i take care of the balance.

This is wellsfargo I do have them for auto finance and they are indeed the worst. In my case they will start calling at 5 pm on the day the payment is due. I try not to talk with these people if I can help I use the online service. When you do set up payments if you are going to be late they still tell you that you will continue to receive calls until it is paid and yes it is harassment and I ignore the calls. I will be so glad when I never have to deal with this company again.
