Since I have filed two other complaints with the FCC against them, I will do it again.

Another scumbag scam company!!!!! Don't give them anything

Scumbags just called me with the Rachel message.  Different number this time but same message.  I've exhausted my call-blocking capacity and will just file another complaint with the FTC and FCC.  Complaints don't do any good but at least they know the calls are continuing.  These scumbags are criminals and need to be behind bars.

This number is issued by Peerless Network of Florida, LLC, which in turn is owned by Peerless Network Inc. in Chicago. The Chicago number is (312)-506-0920. I would call them everytime this credit card scammer calls you and complain. Also file a complaint with the Florida Attorney General.

The FCC can't help you with this kind of matter. You have to report them to your local The Federal Trade Commission.

I never answer when I don't know the person calling, but this is an obvious scam of some kind

I decided to let them know I don't have a credit card. I waited on the phone for almost 10 minutes. They said I was number 7 on the list. So when the woman finally got on the line she acted as if I had called her. So I said: What state are you calling from? She said what? I repeated myself, she hung up. It worked. I'm tired of the calls so now I've turned the table. She evidently wasn't going to talk with me when I start the questioning.

I got a call.  I didn't answer because I'm not that important.  No message.

Recorded message, is from "Card Member Services", pesters me 3-4 times a week even though I selected option 3 not be called anymore.

Same thing!  With so many companies out there, Vonage, Magic Jack and who know how many computer telephones, there is no control.  A lot of these calls come from foreign countries.  It is a new world, People!  AT&T, Verizon, United and other telephone companies have priced themselves out of business.  It will be only these unregulated companies and then their rates will go up as well.  Even cell phones are available very economically through some companies, so GOODBY, AT&T, VERIZON, T-MOBILE, SPRINT and the rest.  we are stuck with uncontrollable scams; however, we can save money by making the switch ourselves.  LOL!

they call using more then one number  h.ow or why  they must be hard for work

Like others .... I am receiving calls from this number 2-3X a week.  Don't see anything in the messages that explains what they want.  It is for sure I don't want them!  But....just curious....what do they want?  I am on the do not all list but I guess that doesn't matter!  HATE them!

I am curious as to how you discovered the name of the operating comapny. I spoke with people at the Florida AG's office and they couldn't tell me who was using the number 407-476-5689 under "Card Services".

You can call your phone service and have this number blocked from calling your residential; or cell-phone number.

This is a credit card debt reduction scam. They call claiming that they are your credit card company and that you need to reduce the interest rate on your card. However, they have no information about your cards or what your balances are - or if you even qualify for their scam. They hang up if you ask for any identifying information, like phone number or address - even though federal law requires them to provide this information if asked. They also call and play a recorded message without a human on the line when the phone is answered. This is also a violation of federal law.
