I get calls over and over from this "company" - just a recording about lowering your credit card interest rate.  Says press "3" to remove your number - and I do, but the continue to call.  If I press "1" to speak to a rep, they hang up after asking questions.

Some crap about lowering your mortgage or something.  Don't understand how they're allowed to circumvent the Do Not Call Registry.

This number is fraudulent.  Caller I.D. shows that it is a cell phone in FL. Claims to be a card service, and initially a recorded message tells you that you can get a lower card rate of 6.9%, but you have to act fast. It also asks if you have a card balance above $3,000.00.  Then a man came on the line and when I asked him which card and bank he was calling from, he abruptly hung up.  I attempted to call the number back, twice, (long distance), but it said  the number I am dialing is not in service. How can that be if that number just called me. Someone is using the FL number as a front.
I recommend  not to answer calls from this number, and  I certainly would not give them any personal or financial information. It doesn't seem to be a legitimate company phone number, as they do not identify themselves, and it is a one way number.

They are scammers trying to fish for people who have no credit cards and have bad credit. They will try to sell you a prepaid Visa/MC or secured card at a ridiculous charge. They use ghost numbers with no way to trace back to them. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES TELL THEM ANYTHING AT ALL AND HANG UP. DO NOT PUSH ANY NUMBERS TO REMOVE FROM THEIR LIST AS THIS JUST LETS THEM KNOW THEY HAVE REACHED AN ACTIVE NUMBER WITH THEIR ROBO DIALER.

Contact the FTC not the FCC.  I see people confuse the two all the time.

called this a.m. Recording of "Rachel". She must be a very busy person as she has called with different numbers and sales pitches. Sure am getting tired of "Rachel" and all her friends with their telemarketing calls to people on do not call list. Jerks.

I missed the call but decided to call it back (after changing my cell phone options to "restrict my identity", of course!).  The number is "out of service" so of course this is a bogus company.  Fake. Fake. Fake.  Glad I didn't actually answer :)
