two rings and that was it. this is actually the 3rd call I've got this week (different numbers) from what are apparently telebots, who just see if someone picks up that phone and in turn sells the info to another marketing firm.

Received several calls from area code 407.  Different numbers but traveling in Europe and answering costs me $.  Thought we had government protection?

It's a telemarkerter for Disney world fares and tickets.  If you pick it up, after 10 seconds it gives you the option to press 1 to be connected to a live person for more details or press 2 to be removed from their call list.
