4 calls no voice on other end

Call every morning...hang up when I answer....busy tone when I call back!

Keep getting many calls on my cell phone from this number.  Very annoying.  Don't answer it.

I finally answered this call after multiple missed calls from them. She said she was calling from eTour and Travel and that I had registered for a free pass to Disney World in Orlando. I did no such thing. She then told me my address and an email address I have not used in many years. She said the registration was recent. I told her I didn't want what she was giving out and thanked her for alerting me to the fact that someone was using my information because it meant I needed to find out who was using my identity and what else they were using. She got angry and asked how I would find out who was using my identity.  I told her that since that email address was one I hadn't used in years and had only given to certain people who would also know my current address, it would be easy to narrow down. She tried again to give me some code to print out the free pass and got angry when I said I didn't want it.

I have received several calls from this phone number. I researched this number and it comes back to a Embarq Communications, Inc DBA Centurylink Commfl. This caller did not leave a voice mail message.

I answered this call and, like other posters have mentioned, the woman on the other end said she was calling from eTour and Travel and that she was calling about my recent registration and that I qualified for some ticket or something. She tried to confirm my email address and I responded, "I didn't register for anything, please put me on your do not call list". She said that in order for her to put me on their do not call list, I had to confirm who I am by giving her my email address. I repeated myself and said I didn't register for anything and to please put me on your do not call list. She said, "Ok, I understand you may not remember registering for this, but..." and then went straight into asking me to confirm my street address. I repeated myself again and said "Please put me on my do not call list". She went on to say that she had to tell me what opportunity I was giving up before she could put me on the do not call list. I said, "No, you don't have to tell me anything. Please put me on your do not call list". She said "If you don't confirm this information, we're going to keep calling you eeeeevery day". I told her that what she was doing was illegal and to put me on the do not call list. She argued that it wasn't illegal. I told her, "It is illegal, I know my rights, please put me on your do not call list." She finally said, "Have a nice day" and hung up.
