Although the caller will claim to be from your current long distance carrier, they are not. They told me they were from Qwest, but the caller ID listed LDTS as the caller. The caller was actually trying to obtain information as well as authorization from me to "accept the new lower long distance rates from my current provider". They undoubtedly planned to slam our long distance service. Do not give out any information to anyone calling from 407-520-5320 and contact your actual long distance carrier directly if you have any questions.
