407-592-7354  --- Scam / Robo-calls......   do NOT answer and IGNORE!

Um receiving an average of 10 calls per week that are unknown. Its usually from calls that are known to claim that they will give you money to erase your student loans.

Calls, hangs up, does not leave message.

when you call back this number it goes into the Verizon Wireless auto-attendant as a disconnected number.  Apparently, the owner of the true number is masking with a disconnected one.

I am about 90 percent sure that a Sears backed financing company by the name of whynotleaseit is responsible for sharing our information to these types of companies. Push back hard, vent some rage. If you have time and a little cash you can sue them for FCC violations.

I got a call today from 407-592-7354. I don't answer calls if I don't recognize the numbers. They didn't leave a message but I saved the number in my contact list and as the name I put "Do not answer". I figure if it was a legitimate call, a message of some sort would have been left and since none was, then I know it's not someone I choose to speak with. Now when they call me back and they will, it will show up as a call I will not answer. There is no law that says I have to answer the phone when it rings so I don't.

I also hang up and report it as my number is on "donotcall.gov" list.

Call came in as Unknown wireless caller. When answered received recorded message of congragulations, I had won a cruise. I hung up.

Just called here AGAIN!!!  Did not answer!

Answered phone in case of some importance.  Person or machine hung up as soon as my voice was heard.  I believe unsolicited calls to cell phones are FTC violations with penalties of hundreds or a thousand dollars per call?

This is a robo call (these are illegal!).  It's voice activated, so it recognizes a "yes" or "no" but goes bonkers with anything else.  If you answer questions you "may qualify for a 'free' trip to someplace or other."   I love how the robo recording says, "Our records show that you qualify for this free offer."  Ya, right.  Their "records" come from some other company that sells our phone numbers to illegal telemarketing scams.  Don't ever, ever, EVER buy anything from telemarketers or let them into your computer with the "Microsoft" scam.  Report them to the Do Not Call complaint site.

I have received my third call from this number, one a week on different days, different times.  I am on all the no call lists.  I don't want to answer because then they will know it is a ligit number. Is there a way to confuse their computer.  They take my time and my cell phone minutes, I would like to cause them some costs.  It is a machine dialing because it never leaves a message.

Can it be reported to Verizon.  Of course it takes an act of Congress to get to a customer service person.

It's better than trying to get the government to do something about the Do Not Call list, hell they can't manage there selves how are they going to manage your phone records?

If you want to call forward the callers send them to your corrupt politicians. They are the ones who get paid by the telephone and internet providers to allow these calls. Every call or internet search made generates money that the phone company and internet companies get a small portion. Add millions of calls the more the collect. ATT sued Google Voice for blocking calls. ATT said it was costing them revenue.  They get more revenue for rural areas also. Corrupt lying politicians when they say they can't be blocked.

Criminals do not care if it is legal or not.
