Call every day, at least twice. There is silence, then a click sound, then more silence. I keep saying "Ivan Smith, are you there", but there is never a reply. Obnoxious! I believe it is a scam- one that involves an offer to switch electricity due to state wide deregulation of utilities here in NJ. Have received a lot of calls with these offers within the last year; however, most come from WA state.

Keeps calling our number here in MS.  Never have answered the call. Leaves no message.

It is your pharmacy company (Acredo/Medco) trying to arrange shipment of your medication. You might want to answer the call. lol I had a prescription ready to refill and they called to see if I was ready for it. That is great customer service.

Why does Acredo/Medco hide behind the name Ivan Smith?

(407) 816-9775I  get calls  from this number every day  twice a day.  when I  answer,  there is silence and then they hang up. If I  don't answer,  there is no voicemail. I  tried calling it back and a recording says  the number does not accept incoming calls.  it is really irritating!!  It is  not a prescription company,  if it was,  they would leave a message or speak when you answer.

It is a prescription company called Acredo.  I said hello about three times before they actually said anything, but I was waiting for them to call and needed them to refill my prescription.  If you are waiting for a such call, just keep saying hello.
