This number is associated with a well-know group of scammers: CallerID4U, Inc. or Pacific Telecom Communications Group. Through a loophole in the the system (called CNAM provisioning), these vermin make money every time a caller ID is displayed, so they do not care if you respond or not...they will keep calling. The gang leaders are Steve Hamilton and a scumbag attorney named F. Antoine Accuardi. They have a shell company in Belize in order to avoid civil litigation and criminal prosecution. Take the time to read the blog and make the complaint. In the long run, the only thing that will stop these criminals is large numbers of people taking the time to make the complaints...to the DNC list, to the FCC, to the Oregon State Bar (of which Accuardi is a member), and to their legislators.
