******* IT'S A SCAM!!!  DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION TO THIS COMPANY!! ******* they called and left a message yesterday about my file coming across their desk and I needed to call 866-847-6165 with a ref #.  i called just so the lady could tell me that i owe $450 to mycashnow.com. immediately i told her that i would call her back on this.  i looked mycashnow.com up and i spoke to someone in regards to this ph call, the assured me that i owe them nothing and that they DID NOT hire this company to represent them. ALL IN ALL these people are trying to get you give out your bank information and take your money.

Thank you very much Ms. J.  I just got a call earlier today and was going to call them back until I got on this website and read your message.  I got scammed from a Healing Center and Soon K. Kim and surely do not want to be scammed by these scumbags!!!

I myself got a call from this number. It's all a scam!!!!!!! Do not give out your information to these people. This company's name is Simmons Smith and Associates. I had to argue with a woman on this issue. Please do not let them talk you into thinking that you owe them a dime.

I received a call 07-27-12 saying  I owed My Cash Now payday loan and I don't.  Rude and threatening.  I have reported to my state's attorney general's office.  I ask you to please report it so these type of scams can be stopped.

I also got a call from these people today. He informed me that the other companies that had been calling with representatives from a foreign country were indeed a scam, but that he was the real thing and that I needed to pay today as they were willing to make a settlement. When I informed him that I did not know who this company was, he told me that the original loan was sold to his client and that it would take 90 days to find out who the original company was. I have also informed my attorney general's office. What's sad is these people already have all or most of your personal information, including driver's license, bank name, work place, etc.

also got a call from this "FLORIDA" # about a pay day loan I don't own. notified my bank about it . they say they have my bank name,account # and last 4 on soc. sec. Bank say's all they might have is the last 4 #'s not the whole thing. Am also notifing my AG's office and will call Florida's AG also. Also get in touch with the Fed. Trade Comm. in wash.D.C. as they have a section called IC3 which deals with internet fraud

I just got a call too from this number, saying my husband still has a outstanding loan with a payday company and owes now $700 on this case and he needs to settle that case today. I know, we didnt use any payday loans, so i told him, he needs to send me some paperwork on this case. As soon as i said that, the dude had to go, because he had another call in the line and he will call me later to discuss this casewith me... UHHHMMM.... if you want to collect money, you do NOT hang up in the middle of the conversation, because you have another call.... can you say busted?? lol

Just got a call from this number it's a big scam please be aware don't discuss none of personal info with them i have been going through this now with different people for about 3 months so i had to close my bank account because someone was drawing my money that i new nothing about....and i am having a helluva time getting it straight so now my account with Bank of America remains in the negative over 900.00 its not fair so please be careful...its allie tell them to send you something in writing

I just received a call from a Mrs. Lauture who advised that my file has come into her office and she needed to discuss this with me.   After reading all the comments, I definately will not be returning the call!!!
