Called wanting to know if I had 8,000 Credit Debit, once found they will be told about National Do-Not Call List and FCC complaint has been filed, Warrant for Records of the owner have been issued, in East Texas District Court,
When calling back you get a number has been disconnected recording ( answering machine ) but after they called us it will be !!!!!!!!!!!!

Received a call from this number on August 4,2008 at 4:52 PM NY time and the guy said that we had a credit card debt for $10,000.00. Unfortunately for him, my husband got the call and said that he had no idea what he was talking about and hung up.  It was a cell that he called.

I just got a call from these people and they said I have 8,000 debt which I dont. As soon as I said I dont the person hung up. Any clue as to who called? What company? And its number?

He called my cell a few minutes ago, said I owe $8,000 in credit card debt. I don't even have a credit card, and the one I used to have was all paid off. I told him he was a scam artist. He kept trying to get me to quit talking, calling me "Honey" and "Darling" and I told him to not call me things like that. I told him to take my number off his list and never call me again. What a waste of my minutes. I will block his number if he calls me again. (I'd do it now, but I'm curious to see if he will try calling me again.)

I tried to call back on my office phone, but of course got the "disconnected" message.

Do you know what company he was calling on behalf off?

called around 1254 PM 8/5/08 i didnt answer on my business cell phone..no message left..when called back disconnected prompt is what i get

I just received a call from that number at 1:55 PM Central time 8/5/08.  A female said she was calling from some Debt Service company, and said she knew from a survey in our area that I had 8 to 10000 dollars in unsecured debt.  The caller ID showed the call came from St. Cloud Florida. She was very persistent but finally hung up when I identified myself as law enforcement.

Got two calls from this number today.  Didn't answer them as I didn't know the number.   Google says  it belongs to Roger Jubinville, 5859 Leon Tyson Rd., St. Clound, FL

A person with an obvious Indian accent called at 4:42 pm, Thur., Aug 7 and asked me if I  had an $8,000 debt on a credit card. I could not understand what credit card it was. I asked  him to repeat it a couple of times. I felt it was a scam immediately.
Should this be reported to someone?

I just received a call from 407-957-5956.  Did not answer call. Looked up telephone number. Reverse search says number belongs to a Roger Jubinville, 5859 Leon Tyson Rd., Saint Cloud, FL 34771. Called back, got recording that number has been disconnected.

got a call from this number- guy with indian accent telling me that my household had over $80'000 debt- told him that wasn't true- asked who he was- where he got my number from- didn't answer, but stayed on the line- after a while i hung up and called back- got a message saying that that number was disconnected.

Same deal here...woman with obvious Indian accent (I could almost SMELL the curry through the phone) tried to convince me that the credit card companies pay their fees and they could reduce debts by 45 per cent.  Then she tried to play a guessing game:  "How much debt do you have?  $10,000?  $20,000, $30,000??"  I told her I don't discuss such things over the phone with strangers.  She tried to disarm me with, "Well...we don't want to know your credit card numbers or anything like that."  Then I said, "We're done here...you have a nice day."  At least she was polite...and hung up.

I smell a curried rat, though.

Call from 407-957-5956 Saint Cloud, FL @6:21 p.m. could not catch the name of the company just said debt service. I knew something was fishy when the guy with the accent kept trying to probe me for info and trying to put me through to "his supervisor".

I got this too.  Like many others they were offering that I work with them to get rid of my debt by 55% or better.  The call is actually originating from overseas because the number is listed as +4079575956 on my call.  I deal with a number of overseas calls and they all appear in this fashion.  I told him that I did not want any of their services and to remove my phone number from his list, he told me that they would not do that and I would be hearing from them again.  I pronounced to him that it was against the law and that they must abide by it.  The guy hung up from there.

This number showed on my Caller ID but when i answered, no one spoke.  I hung up and then googled this number.  I found a lot of results that identified the number as a Phone Scam.  I really wish that these people would die slow and get to hell fast.  Really don't like those kind of folks. They're breathing our air!!

This happened to me as well.  He called twice, week apart.

It is a complete pain in the butt to file a complaint, do trace... pain.

So I've got a great idea!  Fight back!

Get the local phone number to you local police department, and when he calls again... you say you are just leaving for work and you tell him to call you at work.  Give him the number to your local police department.  When he calls there and they answer... "Hello...[local city's] Police Department."  I bet he won't call back.

got a call on my cell phone. my phone is registered with the national do not call list so why is my number floating around?? very annoying!!!

Got a call from 407 957 5956 at 4:36pm Pacific Standard Time. I thought it sounded suspicious immediately because when I answered I could hear some men laughing in the background. The man knew my name and said something very quickly in a thick accent. I couldn't understand so I asked him to repeat it and he said that he was from some national debt department and said he knew that I had more than $8,000 in credit card debt. I told him that was false and he hung up. I tried to call back but got an operator message that the number was disconnected. Sounds pretty dodgy to me.

It seems this number keeps popping up everyone. I just got called by this number and told the lady I wasn't home and can I take a message. She said "sorry." Then hung up. I looked up in the phone book directory to find out where this number came from and it said Florida. Last week the number came up on caller ID and my son answered and didn't get a response right way so he called it. Like everyone else here, it was a recording stating the  number was disconnected.
How are these people? Why do they keep calling us? Is this some kind of fraud thing where they get your bank info?
