Calls everyday with no message I don't answer calls where I don't know the number

Had a missed call from 407-958-6548 around 7:30 AM PST this morning, 4/2/2015. No message, and undoubtedly a scam. I never answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.

I received a 3 calls as well all with in mins of each other I called the number back with in 10 min and received a message saying the number was not in service.

Calls everyday, leaves no message

Robo-dialer. I let it go to voicmail. I caught the tail end of a message, which obviously started the second my voicemail picked up.
"...press 1 to speak to one of our representatives. Press 9 to opt-out".
That's all I got. 407 area and 958, 953 prefixes are known to me as SCAM robocalls.
This is no collections agency. Collections NEVER have an "opt-out" option, real or fake - they usually leave a "file number" to refer to. This is a SCAM.

I EMPHATICALLY DO NOT recommend pressing "9". It's well known that pressing ANY option, ESPECIALLY the so-called "opt-out" which puts your number ON their "Definitely-call-back over & over & over). You're telling their auto-dialler that it reached a working number - a possible "mark" for their SCAM.
The rule is:
DON'T EVER EVER PRESS ANYTHING WHEN GIVEN THIS KIND OF CHOICE.
And folks beg/write/call/demand of your congress-person to support new laws making this type of call illegal, and giving consumers tools to discover and reverse-dial the REAL Scammers working incoming phone line. Currently, loopholes abound, and we consumers have no way of finding out who it REALLY is. Currently, numbers AND NAMES are easily spoofed on caller ID.
BUT a special message for the Kissimee, FL chamber of commerce, "I'M NEVER FREAKING DOING BUSINESS WITH ANYONE FROM YOUR AREA UNTIL Y'ALL SHUT DOWN THESE SCAMS.

Calls started yesterday, no recognize, no answer, call now blocked.
The Feds "Do Not Call " list is an absolute joke and a complete waste of tax payers money, it should be abolished!!
