There was a card leave on my front door about 3am from this person.. wtf! I dont know whats this about and why couldn't it wait till BUSINESS HOURS

Got home from work to a card from Jeff Shell Investigations Coordinator requesting a call A.S.A.P. referencing a case number. From what I can find myself he is some kind of repo man. However, I only have one car loan that is auto debited from my account every month and I just moved to a new state, that my back doesn't have the address for. Surely this is for the person that lived here before me.
