left an "official request" on our door at home "please call Kelly at 407-965-1352 immediatly in regard to an important matter."

I got the same thing...I think its a scam

It is a repo company

Yes, it's a auto repossession company. They are testing to see if you actually live at that address. If you call them back you will confirm that they should keep checking your address for the vehicle.

A guy with tatoos all over his body comes banging on my door. Naturally, I'm scared as I see he has no ID on him. He bangs my door a few more minutes and then leaves this card on my door. It has no business information or address. Just says to call Tinesha Jefferson concerning an investigation with a case number. I called the local police and then they called the number on the card. Supposedly they claim they are from a collection agency called American Recovery. We searched through our records and found no debts from that company. This company is not doing any business legally in FL. I would say it's a big SCAM.
