No one on line when I answered the call..when called back got full voice mail..

Says they are appointment setters (not telemarketers) for the Florida Energy Association. I said I am on the National Do Not Call Registry. The guy started getting argumentative and said that since they are appointment setters, that the Do Not Call rules don't apply. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, he hung up. What jerks. They have called about a dozen times in the past two months.

They keep calling me too on my cell phone!!  Argued when I told them the same thing.  They wanted someone to come over for 20 minutes to help me save on my energy bill.  I hung up on them!!!

About a month ago a similar, or the same company, was calling me relentlessly to set up an energy audit, but they were using a different cell phone number then.  I'm on the DNC list, but it made no difference to them.  They wanted to save me money and asked questions about my power bills.  They were rude to begin with and when I didn't cooperate the lady said, "You don't want to save money?"  I said sure I do, just not with you.  Then she hung up on me.  A number of other people they had been harassing wrote to a site like this and one of them was able to trace the number.  So they published the jerks name, address and phone number(s)at that site.  Unfortunately I can't find that info now, or I would do the same here.  But any phone number can be traced to the true owner using services like Intelius.  I did register a complaint at the DNC website and I hope these jerks get fined the max.

O.K.  I got a call from the same "florida energy association" people last night.  She was very friendly and I listened to her talk.  She asked if the number she called me on was so and so, I said no, she said, well that's ok right number wrong person.

Her voice kept going like she was in a tunnel and I couldn't hear her.   She said that the area in front of their office was under construction and that a fiber optic cable had been cut.  I wrote down the name of the company, set a time for today at 2pm.

So after the call, I go online and cannot find this company.  Not online, not at BBB, not at SunBiz.org.  So I start thinking something is fishy. I *69 my house phone and get this number 407-802-0870,  I do a search for this number and turns out it's a CELL phone.  So I tell my hubbie if these people call tomorrow, to let me talk with them.  I don't like being lied to.

Then today at 1:00 p.m.  I get a knock on the front door and my husband was SERVED legal papers.

I personally don't care that he got served, we knew it was coming, I don't like the dishonest tactics used.

the company name changes but usually includes words like energy solutions or energy association.  They have nothing to do with florida power co.  they try to schedule an energy audit and say they can save on your electric bill if you convert to solar and refer to economic recovery funds being available to cover the cost.  i got many calls from them over the past month, always telling them i'm not interested.  it doesn't make any difference.  why they continue to hound people who don't want the service is nuts.  the calls are from cell phones and they keep changing the numbers; 407-967-6631, 407-968-2258, 407-415-4455, 407-857-2746, 407-412-8060 and there are probably others.  i wouldn't give them the time of day, let alone do business with them.

The phone jerks selling solar water heater crap have a new number and it's 407-862-4292.  I can't believe that they are so stupid as to continue this!!!

They have called me numerous times in the last couple weeks and I laugh when I see their number on my caller ID.  They are such a waste and accomplish nothing.  I would ask those [***] how much money they have made in those two weeks.  I've made a bundle doing nothing except watching the stock market go up.  I didn't have to touch a phone, I didn't have to answer a phone and I sure didn't have to endure another [***] phone solicitor, piece of [***], ass-wipe like them.  That's what they are and anyone else who is selling this solar [***].  [***] you ignorant, inept, low-IQ, moron, stupid waste of all that is right and decent in this world!!!  You will rot in hell.
