Just got a call from 407-982-2070.  ID read "unavailable" but I had already picked up (I usually don't for unidentified calls).  After I said "hello" a loooooong pause with what sounded like fumbling with a headset or mouthpiece... a slimy-voice guy said " This is Dave, is this Pamela A _____"?  This is not my first name but he had my last name correct.  I said... "Who's calling"?  Again, he asked "Is this Pamela A____"?  Creepy.  I asked "Dave, what are you calling about"?  He said... I'm calling from Afsme"?  I said what's that... an acronym for something... what is Afsme"?  He again said... "Is this Pamela A____"?  So, I hung up.  Whatever he meant to accomplish, he's not very good at it.  I still don't know if he's trying to sell something, collect something... or if he's just a NUT!  Although it is clear that he's a nuisance because I periodically get calls from this number (this is 1st time I answered) and they used to show that "AFSME" on phone ID but today... it was deleted, only "unavailable" shows with inbound call.  Hope this detail (such as it is...) helps someone out there-??  I get annoyed becalls are regular and handled so poorly with such a stupid name... coming to my home which is a lot of nerve for uninvited callers.
