This guy called claiming he was from Fiber Crime and that he was an attorney calling for an employee.

please help i keep getting phone call from this number saying they are a legal office

I would like to report this to the legal department. My child is being harrassed by these men. Please call me to help get these men arrested. They are trying to steal people's money. 707-246-5722

Thick accents male and females are calling people who have made loans in the past. They're believed to be computer hackers using the internet against you. Loan companies have been aware and monitoring this situation since 2/09. My local police dept. has received calls since 12/09.

Loan companies use their own attorneys, who don't threaten you or refuse  to say who they work for.
Be smart and investigate before paying them. People who pay these thieves keep the ball rolling, but they must be stopped. Everything about the operations of 408.317.9321 cyber crimes unit is way off. OCCR just made cash net laugh. Alex said."OOCR" is out of court cash restitution. All that means is give me your money fools!

They the cyber crimes unit of __________ law office. Alex won't say what law firm so we don't know. They will threaten you with arrest, and the arrest of your references, and a $5,000 penalty strictly of court cost plus interest on your loan.

Because they're hackers or thought to be then alert the credit bureaus.

Some one keeps calling me too. I have no idea who it is. They have called my place of work and the HR dept has reported them also. He used to call from phone number 516-717-1623. Thick accent also used the name of Harry Brown. Jason and Alex also. I live in Indiana. Can anyone help with this?

I keep getting these calls from men with indian accents and cant even understant what they are saying.  I know this is a scam and have reported something like this before.  How do they get phone numbers and the last 4 of ss numbers.

These people are full of bull they will tell you that you received a payday loan in your bank account from some made up name. Be careful don't give them any money they are also saying your name and SS num will be black balled and you can't receive a loan or buy a house and two FED agents will be on your job to pick you up I told them to come on I have my bank statements to prove no money has been deposited into my account.. theyre are on the internet getting your information and trying to use it against you where you previously applied for a payday loan from some one else and trying to say you got one from them dont buy into this scam.!! they are stupid jerks...
