I am getting calls from a "Mary Gardner"... I won't answer my phone. She leaves me voicemails. She has a strong foreign accent so I know that her name is fake and she is probably a SCAM!

the person just called my phone told me my ss number im like wow when i called him back he would not pick you me as person i do not like this dum stuff

I just got a call from this number claiming to be an attorney. He had a strong Indian accent. I couldn't understand what he said his name was. He said that he was from Davis and associates and that a lawsuit was being filed against my social security number. He had my ss# my address and where I worked. He said that if I didn't pay them 2000 dollars they were going to proceed with legal action. It scared me at first but after I agreed to pay the money he told me I would have to do it with a money-pack and to send it to Elizabeth Reindollar in Reevesville SC. I looked up the number and the call came from California. Why would an attorney in California want me to send money to someone in South Carolina? That just doesn't make sence to me

I got the same thing too, strong Indian accent that has the same phone number.Got my cell number, work number and ss#. Davis and Assoicate also. I told me to pay and send thru western union money to this lawyer Elizabeth Reindollar from South Carolina. May i ask what did you do..it's clearly  a scam. DId you went and pay or ignored them?

MY husband just recieved a very similar call. This person said he was from the state attorney office in Washington DC and threatened my husband with jail if he didnt wire him 350 dollars western union! The same Elizabeth Reindollar and location is where it was to go. I told him it was a hoax and he contacted our local state attourney general and they advised to press criminal charges. When he went to do that the local authorities wouldn't let him.. now this man has been calling about 4 to 5 times an hour continuing to leave threatening messages!
