    Got this call a few minutes ago.  Muffled talking, followed by hang-up. Caller ID shows Phan, Chinh D. An online search also associates this number with Gold Circle Realty and Mortgage at 1321 Isengard Court, San Jose, CA. If this company was 'cold calling' to check if I'd possibly want to list with them, then they've handled their mission in a most unprofessional manner by hanging up. If I wanted a real estate agent, then I'd contact one that is more local to me and is experienced with multiple sales in my neighborhood. This is a disturbing and angering type of call.
