I have received 2 calls from this number today. Never left a message.  I never answered it since I didn't recognize the number.

Received 1 call from this number.  No message was left.

I called it back.  Its the San Jose Campus of University of Phoenix.

Fine then if you're going to keep on calling me at every hour of every [***] day i'm not going to ever pick it up get a [***] life you douche and stop calling me on my cell phone It's gotten way pass annoying i am seriously going to report you to the authorities.

Just got a call from this number. Didn't answer no message left. This has been going on for years now, is there an agency to report this to so it ends?

This person called 1pm today 11/10, I picked up and they did not answer.  They called again 214pm, I decided not to pick up.  For whatever reason they're calling other people too.  I am blocking this person from my phone. Best of the luck to everyone.
