Caller ID said Campbell CA.  When I answered I heard an automated message... something about a reminder from card services regarding my interest rates. When I pressed "1" in order to speak to a representative, so that I could opt-out of any future calls. a man asked me for my name. I told him I did not want to give my name and then I told him to remove my number from the calling list. He told me to "go to hell" and then he hung up on me. I tried to call back by dialing the number on my caller ID (408-412-4097) but my call went straight to a generic and unidentifiable voicemail account. I looked up the telephone number online to try and identify the caller. The telephone service provider appears to be Bandwidth.com CLEC - one of Bandwidth.com's products is a service called Phonebooth - a cheap, "business phone system". The service appears to cost only $20 per month for unlimited use, per user. Any idiot could set up a Phonebooth account to try and scam people out of their money. Obviously, that is what’s happening.

We get calls from this number CONSTANTLY. If we wait to get a live person, then ask to be removed from the call list, they hang up. How can this be stopped?!

The reason a large portion of the people are having trouble with this number is because this number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO.  They will try and gather enough information to create an account.  Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.
This not only hurts people by the harrassment, but also hurts the establishment that the number belongs to.

Note: Insight Services is affiliated with Delta Outsource Group.

I have been called by this number 4 times.   it is a recording claiming to reduce your credit card interest and credit card payments.   It is a big scam,  all they want is ALL your private information for who knows what.   Finally I listened so I could tell them to QUIT calling.   So a real person came on and I insisted they quit calling.  She said I had to give her my name,  address,  birthdate and other personal info to  QUIT calling.

This outfit is being investigated for scam,  but they just move and keep doing it.

    Block them if you can!

    RUDE RUDE RUDEEEEE!!!!

Complain about this card service business to whoever you need to!  They call constantly!  The language they use when you simply want to get them to stop calling is so ugly and beyond unprofessional.  Don't waste any time trying to talk to any supervisor, I don't think there is one.

I've been getting this call about lowering my credit card interest daily for weeks. Every time I try to tell them to stop calling me , they hang up on me before I can give them my number. How do you stop them from calling?   They call as many as five times a day.  If you dial 1 it rings and rings and a live person usually answers and hangs up when you tell her you do not need her service and to remove your number.

I usually prank them myself by acting like either an annoying teenager girl or an old person that can't hear anything. Just give them a fake name and address, and even better if it's a real Police Office address, and let them deal with that.Funny stuff. Where do they get our numbers from it's what I'd like to know.

Yeah, me too.  Automated message, "2nd & final message to lower credit card rates".  I pressed "1", got a surprisingly well-spoken (young?) lady.  Used my "Dim Grampa" voice and misunderstood her a lot.  She was amazingly patient, all things considered.  Asked me if I was over $3K in debt, I said "You called me, you should know" and she had a canned response for everything.  Eventually had to attend to real-world matters, so just hung up.  She would not give a number at which to call her back (of course).  I got this number off my phone service's caller ID and called back.  Recording said "person ... cannot accept calls ..."  Voice of a young lady, possibly the same, or maybe not.
Anyway, it's certainly a scam to get your financial information.  My advice:  F**k around with them, but don't give them anything! ...

They used to use a spoofed number from Oregon. I guess too many people blocked that number so they spoof another number from California.
