Some recorded message suggesting that we were referred as looking for a job.  This company has continued to call us for some reason.

Gotten a call from this phone number twice. Both from the same guy...who just repeats the same stuff over and over. He also wouldn't give me his name or say who he was representing. I asked several times and he acted like he didn't even hear me.
The first time was a call for "someone interested in continuing their education and may qualify for one of our programs," but he wouldn't say what the details of the program were, or how they determined that someone in my household was "interested" let alone "potentially qualified,"  He just kept repeating his question, "Would you be interested in religion, arts, business, etc, etc" and I finally gave up and stopped being polite and told him I wasn't interested and not to call me again. He then apologized stating, "Sorry, sometimes we get the wrong phone numbers by mistake," or something along those lines. Then hung up.
The second time he called, which was a few minutes ago, he sounded all cheery at first and mentioned something about a job referral. I recognized his voice and the phone number and told him, "You've already called me once before and I'm not interested," His response was to promptly hang up on me before I could finish right around Interes---. Rude.
With two different reasons to be calling I'd say this a scam. Beware. If he calls again I'm going to take further steps and report it to proper enforcement/regulation agency.
