Debt Solutions Telemarketer called me and asked if I was $4000.00 in debt because they were trying to qualify people to "help" with debt. I said I was not and wanted to be removed from list and his response was, "You don't even qualify anyway!"  This was said rudely and he hung up on me.....he called me, I didn't call him. Warning....don't answer!

I also received a call from this number. They got my number from a survey I filled out for Women get it for free.  I was told that if I didn't give him 20 min of my time that they would call me all hours of the day. He asked how I felt about getting calls at 2am, because that is what they would do. I asked repeatedly for a supervisor, and to be removed from the list and was told they wouldn't remove me from the list and the supervisor was in a meeting.  When I asked for his name he told me Peter Parker (spider-mans real name).
I called the number back and was able to "unsubscribe" but only time will tell if it really worked or not.

I also got 5 calls from these people in 2 hrs. I havent answered them but did tell them i wanted 2 b off their list

They are not allowed to threaten you like that...nor are they allowed to call at all hours of the day. They are only allowed to call between 8am and 9pm in your time zone. This is against the law. In 1977, a consumer law was passed by congress called the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act to protect people with debt from unfair collectors. If they call again tell them it is agains the FFDCPA law.

I tried to unsubscribe twice, but they called again, so I answered. I asked immediately to be taken off their list, and the guy yelled at me! He said I was rude and no longer deserved to hear the offer he had for me (which I hadn't asked for in the first place!). He threatened to keep calling, but early in the morning, just to annoy me. I've never been yelled at by a solicitor like that before!

You can put your cell phone list by calling 888-382-1222 from your cell phone.  Then you can file a complaint if they call you again.
