This guy called me at my job which I work for the Government.  He called and said his name is David Banner.  He sounds like he is from the middle east.  He claims there is a lawsuit out on me and demands payment and want s your info.  It is a SCAM!!  The number I received is 408-459-2291.  But they call from different numbers saying they are from Harrison Law firm.  SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

I got this call from this number 408 459 2291, say I have a Law Suite against me... It important that I call back if not not responsible for what happens next.. He sound like he from the Middle East and he stop talking when the PA go off...

I get this call about 4 to5 times a day. I am tired of it. The men that call sound like middle east and do not sound very intelligent. One call the message that was left said if I didnt get back in touch they  would send the authorities to my door to get me. Alot of them can not be understood. Why are they allowed to get peoples cell #.  They need  to quit.

I get this call 5 times a day telling me I need to have m attourney contact them - or else they can not tell me what will happen.  It's ridiculous~!

these people need to stop calling they are calling my number to many dam times and its annoying like crazy

I have been receiving very threatening and nasty phone calls from this number, I was advised by an attorney to request written proof of the claimed debt and he claimed he could not!!! I don't know how they received my info and social security number. I was told to pay now or they would go tell my employer, haha... I am self employed, and even made a comment about sending authorities and court stuff to my business door. Then in a barely understandable mid-eastern accent made a comment about my children being at risk. If you find out who this is I want them gone!!!!

I received the same calls as the rest of you.  I asked him (Steve David Clark) what the name of the company was he stated American Legal Service.  If you go to the (real)company website it has the offshore scam alert.  I also asked who supposedly has a suit agaisnt and he said cash advance USA I have been in contact with them as well and they have contacted the local authorities.  I have been told if I get another threating call to ask where to send my money to clear the debt get the address then contact the local FBI.

report these calls at www.icp3.gov !!!! they will work to stop this kind of behavior, this is what i was told from local law enforcement.

answer it and sound a loud bullhorn or whistle...hopefully it will deafen them and if everyone does it maybe they will get the point that Americans will not stand for offshore scamming

I am now getting these calls AGAIN, this time from an asian sounding woman....
