My father passed away in June 2011 after being member for 15 years. I called, came to their office submitted papers as they requested and followed up with phone calls. Now is November and there is nothing from them but one phone call from Ngo Ba saying he will call me and never did after that one.
This is a fraud and I am seeking help to bring this to justice. We need to gather all who is in the same situation and joint a law suit against CMC.

My father passed away on September 3rd, 2011 and he is a CMC menber for over 8 years. Unitl now, December 1st, 2011 CMC did not pay the funeral fund. I tried to send letter to Davie Ba Ngo and CMC but no response. Better Business Bureau has no success to contact CMC twice in helping me. CMC members please consider not paying any more monthly fees to CMC, because Davie Ba Ngo of CMC is taking in money, but not paying out to the family members when they needed.  

I had filed the police report, and send letter to Santa Clara DA but so far there is no help from any one.
If anyone know information about Davie Ba Ngo, or able to assist in regarding this case, please help.

Hi all!
I worked for CMC for a long period of time, and lately I found out some "secrets", the truth about my boss, Davie Ngo. Then I determined not to work for such unrespected person, who lived with "death money" from the poor, old seniors, shame on him.  My both side-parents, the in laws and my own, droped to be members after 3-4 years joining.  I read some newspaper that reported the company was closed begining of Jan, 2012, but the news did not really tell who we can call, or which number we can call to bring the case to justice.  I hope someone could do this, we could do all together to bring this guy to the court because he also has one same organization in Florida too!

I just found about all this today!  My parents and mother-in-law have been paying them for over 8-10 years. These crooks even cashed out their 6-month advance payments in January.  I pay monthly for my mother-in-law and noticed that they just cashed my February check last week! Why are they still cashing our checks if they're out of business. Those crooks are so f*ken greedy!!!  I was wondering why I haven't been receiving the monthly statements so I called them for several days and no one answered the phone.  Then today I  went to their 345 E. Santa Clara office to find out that they have already disappeared.  They practically stole our money!  I'm sorry to hear about some of you who've lost loved ones and were not able to collect payments from them.  Please let me know if I can join in the effort to get this mofos locked up!

Good that I found this site , my sister buy this for my mom about ten years just last two months she haven't receive any monthly payment she kept calling and didn't get anyone call back and I just find down what happening now ? What should we do anyone have any idea . This is U.S , there is a law.

If you need help with your case to bring CMC to the justice, reply to me, if possible, please give me your email address and I will contact you because right now I'm in the process of garthering information to have a lawsuit against CMC, especially for those who join CMC lately

The Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office is interested in hearing from anyone who has factual knowledge of:

1.  The internal workings of the CMC business.
2.  Davie Ba Ngo and/or others in top management roles.
3.  Or if you have any CMC advertizements of services in the 2009 and after time period.
4.  Or you know of a member who joined CMC in 2009 or after.

On March 2012, I did not receive the statement from CMC , so I came to the office, and learned that CMC has closed.  Good that I found this, Please update me with information, and how could we gather all the CMC victims to bring this to justice.  My email: tina_ng10@yahoo.com  Thanks.

My wife's grandfather has been paying them for 10 years.   Any info on locating these criminals to get our money back?

I used to work there for a short time, but i know pretty well about this guy and his girlfriend, I am willing to help anyone who was his victim. He is a gambling addict. I have all the proof of how he using the money.

Same here.  My Dad is CMC member for 15 plus years and my Mom is 8 years now.  I've been paying for both of them.  Recently I did not received any mail from them that is why I suspect there must be something is going on.  Luckily, I found this site.  We need to bring this guy down!
