Says they are a Lawyers office but won't say the name of it.  Says I have charges pending on me.

Same happened to me says if I don't call back, all he can do is wish me luck, sounds like a threat to me, says I have a lawsuit against me, but doesn't give any information.

they been callin for mnths..last time i actually talked to someone..they kept saying to meet them in court but wont give me the name of the court..also i ask for information from them to see who they are but he refuses to send any documents to me...he did say i owe them money from a loan back in 2009 from the bank i open just in nov 2010..thats where they mess up on..i knew it was a scam..i saved every message they left on my phone and have no yet recieved any documentaion from them..which i dont ge if they have all my information..

they from several area codes & numbers, same speech/threat everytime.  they are giving american names but cant pass as americans with those accents.  SCAMMERS!
