This company calls claiming to be calling on behalf of "cash Advances" that they gave you a cash advance and you didnt pay them back! When they don't get your information they start cussing you out. Its crazy. The bad thing is they have your personal information and want you to verify it over the phone! Not a legitamate company! They use magic jack to get phone service and continue to change their number and dont like it when you keep calling them back!

Message was marked urgent but i did not even listen to it when i can here people in the back ground telling people the same things that they are going to tell me. They want me or my attorney of record which i have to call them back. I just hang up i get too many of these types of calls

Just dealt with these people tonight. They new my social, phone number, and even contacted people who i filed as references. I started to figure something was a bit fishy when they told my friend of 15 years the I had defaulted on a loan and that was refusing payment. I think this was over looked so I called back and was told I was being charged with money laundering check fraud and failure to repay my loan. I offered to do a payment plan with them and by law that is restitution and they have to accept it, but the man said no and I needed to get a green dot Cash Card from WalMart. At this point the red flags went up. I have dent with attoney offices before for deubt settlement and I know third party members are only contacted to pass on the message that I need to contact them.  I asked him when the loan was taken out they said they couldnt tell me. Again this is a farce if you have charges against you they have to disclose this information to you, Beware this is a scam. A law office will never have a "call center". Legal matters are of a very strict, professional, and private nature. Dont buy it its just not right.

I have been getting calls from them for almost a year now. I dont know how to get rid of them!

a man named "mike johnson" left me a message yesterday (11/9) saying that he was calling from a law office and that i needed to call them back urgently. the man had a very thick arab accent, so i thought it was strange that his was mike johnson. i ignored, but then he called back five more times and left a message every time. i finally got fed up and listened to the last message he left me and it said there was a lawsuit being filed against my name and social security number and that i needed to contact them asap. i was really freaked out, cause i thought someone might have stolen my identity, so i called them back today. "mike johnson" picked up and i told him i was returning their call. he then passed the call on to his superior whose name i forgot, but his last name was hamilton, which again, i thought was really weird cause he also had a really this arab accent. he told me that a lawsuit had been filed against my social security. but before he went on, he wanted to verify that he was speaking to the right person, and recited all my information and wanted me to verify it. i got upset and told him that i wanted to know what this lawsuit was about and then he started yelling at me and told me that he wanted to be civil with me and that i was making it impossible. that's when i flipped out and told him he was obviously a [***] fraud, because the way this was all being was handled was really unprofessional, then i hung up. these ppl are fake fake fake. be careful!!

Praise God for forum like this.  I just got this call and had pretty much the same exact expience as you.  I was concerned but when the guy started going off on me, I knew something was up.  Not too happy about them knowing all of my info but at least I know that I don't have to dish out money to them.  Wow!  People are crazy.  Thank you all so much for these comments.

i have been dealing with them all day calling my work and my cell. my husband answered one time and the scammer told him he was "doing his mom". HE yelled at me and said he hopes IM SCARED cuz im going to lose my job and go to jail. I Have no such loan from them. Ive seen other people say they really have been sued by them. WTF. How can they do this?

i got the same call this morning they called my job and my cell phone about 30 times told me im glad i found this site because i almost sent them the money because i was nervous but now i know its fake. i told them i was going to have them investigated and he hung up and said god bless you...does anyone know how to get the calls to stop?

Got repeated calls from this #. I don't have any loans with them. After I told Mr. Harris (?) he said to me F_ _ _ You!!!  After doing some research I understand that this is a scam. He's tried to call repeatedly after I hung up on him. Anyone having same issues and what's worked to make him stop. I still have no idea where they got my information

Got the same call as everyone else - - thick middle eastern accent.  If you think about it and they call back, start addressing them as a terrorist.  Don't know if the conspiracy theorists are right, but maybe screaming terrorist into the phone enough will flag something with the NSA somewhere!!  LOL!
